Very disappointed!!!

So I have a loan with Directaxis, for years now and pay every instalments, never missed an instalments, I apply via the website and they call me to say I qualify for quite a big amount, I say I only need R5000. Now I got divorced last year and unfortunately the bond for the one house is in my ex husband’s name and mine and therefore the repayment of the bond is showing under my name I explained that i do not pay that bond or do not contribute in any way to it! Now they want a bank statement from my ex husband to show that he pays it. How the hell am I supposed to get that from him?????!!!!!! I said I will send 3 months bank statements of mine in which you will be able to see that the amount for the bond does not show up on there!! Nope sorry we can’t help you unless I send his bank statement Dear Directaxis he is not going to give me that!!!
