Very bad service regarding the request to update loan account in accordance with proof of payment from 2024

I do have bad experience regarding updated statements and proof of payment for loan account. Herieth from Debto group has been emailing proof of payment for my account and requesting Direct Axis to update the outstanding balance in accordance with the payments made however DirectAxis doesn't respond to the emails nor update the balance according to proof of payments. What they have on record regarding the balance owed is not a true reflection of payments made.
