very bad service

It seems that all of the reviews is going in the same directions I ve app**** for a loan and its been over week after 5 to 6 calls a day telling me there is a tech problem and money will be paid out and then then nothing happens. All I needs to know if this is going to happen or not needed the money to buy a car this is now at the stages. that im going to loose the car. so please tell me when and how long till money will paid out. So I can make other plans
