VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Ridiculous!!! I settled my account but the debit order still continues to go off my bank account. I requested for a refund and for the account to be closed on NUMEROUS occasions, but every time they come up with something I need to send to them. This is extremely frustrating and I have never ever before had such a struggle to get a loan settled!!!!! I will never ever deal with Directaxis again or recommend them to anyone!!! See below the latest 'request' from them: 'Refer to the below e-mail, please confirm you will not reverse the funds that will allow us to request a refund of the funds. Trust above is in order Kind Regards Customer Care' !!!!???
