Very bad service
They do not answers calls or respond to emails. I pay my loan religiously but a credit bureau lists it as handed over. I have sent a zillion emails to ********** and called ********** 221 and ********** 304, I get no answer. I want a settlement amount to close this loan.

03 Jun 2019, 15:03DirectAxis has said they dont work with Udu anymore. I was given number (0860) 999-221 which still goes unanswered. The email is not yet answered. I will have to report Udu to Financial services board.
