Very bad service
I get my salary on the last day of each month as I have tol directaxis, each and every month as soon as my salary is in I make a eft, They still call me all the time from collections and expect me to pay R80-90 collections fee!!! How sick is that , I am not late and I have asked to move my due date to the 1St and still i get collection fees that are adding up!! I will not pay collection fees as i am not late my salary is last day of the month, You are very quick to try to give me a loan! So wat are you going to do to resolve this matter as this is very unfair towards your customers and I can tell you I will not take another loan ever from you again!
