Very bad service

Apply for a loan Loan gets approved Struggle for a week to finalise the loan Email after email of bank statements explaining every income Daily calls amounting to over R600 airtime in the week Waiting for consultants Staing on line Being transferred from one to the other Being told for 7days your loan is approved we just need to verify your income And then all of the sudden after 7days all this money and time waisted you are told your loan was not approved Not I am an existing client with perfect payment record of 2years
