Vap Premium unacceptable
Morning, I have a loan with Direct Axis and well aware off the agreement I was signing. I have been checking all my agreements of late as I want to become debt free in the nearby future. I picked up that I was paying R550 per month for a VAP premium which as far as I understood was for life insurance on the loan. I recently got a quote from an external life insurance company and they quote me R 66 for the outstanding balance. While I knew the number was high when I signed i didn't think I was being "******" like this. Since beginning of December i have been sending mails, but no reply not once. Calls went to a message of technical difficulties and I cant be assisted, I want to cancel the VAP premium ASAP but cant even get hold of them. Hopefully this post will be seen by someone to assist me ASAP.

29 Jan 2019, 12:43It has now been 2 weeks since this reply, I have tried calling the customer lines again and once again getting a technical problem message. How is this allowable!!!! For 2 months mails and calls are not been answered and this eye blind message above resulted in nothing. Are there an ombudsman I can approached?
