Utterly ridiculous service
I am disappointed with Direct Axis, I settled the loan in June and sent them proof of payment until now I have not been refunded after several calls, they are unable to pay me back the excess I paid. This is pathetic, the last call made wasmadewith ref bax23309j/*** and assisted by Nona
