Utter Disgust

I am totally blown away by the disregard that Direct Axis has treated me. A request for a three month payment holiday was made, however as I am not working due to Covid19 they cannot assist me at all, as an additional loan cannot be taken at this time. I am not asking for a loan, just a payment holiday, 2 other financial institutions have been quick to assist, but this is not the case, as it is linked to FNB. Jobs have been lost and salaries have been reduced and we are just trying to stay afloat, however no assistance is forth coming.
