I paid up my loan and it seems no one in this business is even trying to work. Got a response that everything will be completed within hours, it now been SEVEN, YES, SEVEN DAYS!!!! I want the account Closed as i paid the settlement as per my Settlement Quote.

I will take this up with the proper authorities should you debit me a dime this month. Im so gatvol for Wesbank and Direct axis. POOR POOR POOR Service!

So just a waring to all the consumers, run and do not do business with these people, you will regret it.
