Useless, id rather deal with Telkom

Absolutely atrocious service. Been struggling to settle my accoumt for 2 weeks now. 10 phones call only 3 reached someone, 2 was answered but no talking rest just goes silent The ones that did reach someone was tild that my settlement docs will be sent... Never recieved... Other person esculated to someone for a call back. Still waiting.

And then they have the audacity to give me another loan over!!!

My next step is to block my Debit order until they assist me. Im sure that wount take them to long
