Useless direct axis
Unfortunately I don't have the option to rate 0 stars, so I just reluctantly chose 1. If you ever need a loan, direct axis is not the best place to go! After making arrangements with them and paying the account for 2 years consistently, I found out that the account shows that it has been in arrears for 9 months. I called their legal department, what a waste of time!! DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM direct axis!!

Kindly advise if you have any feedback for me.
I don't understand why Direct Axiz has not updated the ITC. I have been paying the account consistently for the past two years. I called Vertex Solutions and they advised me that they are not responsible for updating the ITC. Now I am busy with a business deal that will definitely help me to settle this account but because the ITC hasn't been updated I am getting blocked from securing the deal.
What is the point of this, is Direct Axiz's mandate to keep me indebted to them? I need the ITC to be updated and a letter stating that the account is in good order because monthly payments have been made consistently for the past two years.
