USELESS CONTACT CENTER
If i could put a zero star i would. Iv been asking for a statement for my account since last year and i never receive it. I called yesterday 5 times with no help until they stopped picking my calls. The second time i was on hold for 20 minutes and the person i was talk to NEVER got back to me. I dont know want type of contact center agents or people are working there but please MAY I PLEASE HAVE MY STATEMENT

13 Feb 2026, 13:07I spoke to a nice lady about a hour ago. She promised she will send me after the call. I dont mean to be difficult but even now i dont have it. Its been over a hour. How difficult is it to send a email.
