Useless call centre ladies

I have called them 3 times this morning holding on till my airtime ran out then reloaded R10 airtime which only goes so far...I asked the lady if we get cut off if she will call me back...I'm still waiting...I then got my boyfriend to reload another R10 and did the same held on ask the lady to call me back if we get cut off and yes...still no call back from the 2 ladies...so how do I go about getting info if they can't be bothered to call back??
