Useless and don't account for anything

<p>i have loan with direct axis and have been paying it monthly via debit order. They contacted me and reduced it but then my problems started. No debits order is being run and they have my details and I have been trying to get hold of then to inquiry to Jo avail. They are Charging me intrest which I don't believe they suppose to and they damaging my credit profile. They don't care about client and I'm writing this to get their atgtention or we will meet in court with lawyers. Creditors don't take responsibility when they doing something wrong but they expect consumer to honor their contracts instead. Why would they recommend debit order if they not prepared to use it and I could pay them via eft only if we signed for it from the start. Please get CEO to call me or i will inform consumer commission or lawyers to gets involved.</p>
