URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED

I am honestly at my wits end with Direct Axis. I have been emailing them since June. I do not get replies no matter how many emails I send or what addresses I use. When I phone I just get transferred from one person to another. And even then no-one can help. Last Wednesday after being transferred 6 times I was told "Nadine" would call me back. I was not allowed to be given her contact number or email address. A week and one day later I still have not heard from Nadine. I have emailed about 5 times this week and phoned 7 times today already. Each time I am on hold for over 10 minutes and then the call cuts. I also called the head office and asked for Nadine and was on hold for another 12 minutes before call cut. I am trying SO SO SO SO SO hard to get my outstanding balance and see if there is a settlement discount. I cannot even get the banking details to EFT payment. So please can someone at Direct Axis reading this PLEASE just give me a direct phone number and email address that I can get hold of someone on. DO NOT GIVE ME THE STANDARD EMAIL ADDRESSES OR CALL CENTRE NUMBERS. I cannot sit on hold again or send emails to huge voids of nothingness somewhere out there in cyberspace! And i cannot pay you people one cent unless you work with me here!
