Uploading of docs
I app**** for a Direct Axis loan on 28th December I was pre approved the next day I got a message to say I need to complete the online terms and conditions which I did I also uploaded all my docs . Later that day I got an sms to say my docs were not uploaded I uploaded again I even went as far as emailing the docs as well. 1 day later it still shows my docs is outstanding. Can someone please assist in this matter

You are also required to send us a copy of your Proof of Residence which can either be a utility bill or an account statement not affiliated with FNB and not older than 3 months.
