UPGRADING CREDIT SCORE fee
DirectAxis approved my loan. They want me to pay upgrading credit score of R3 499. I told them that I am under debt review and one called Rose told me that my score will improve and that I will be able to loan again in any bank. How truth and legit is the information?

13 Jun 2023, 15:03Hello AVHATAKALI,
Thanks for reaching out to us. DirectAxis will never ask you to pay any money upfront to secure a loan. A clear sign of it being a **** is the syndicate asking people to pay attorney fees upfront and this is often combined with massive loan amounts into the millions of rands.
Unfortunately, it is common for ********** to pose as a legitimate brand, it's something that concerns all financial service providers.
