Unwilling to assist with loan restructure

I'm experiencing financial crisis and I contacted the call center to assist me with restructuring my loans to at least extend the loan term so that I'll be able to afford the instalments. I was told that the only help that they'll offer is to pay 60% for 3 months. I explained that 3 months won't be enough for me to recover but was told there is nothing they can do for me. I'm willing to pay my debt but the instalments are now too much for me. I need this loans restructured. Can somebody please please help in this regard because if nothing change, I'll be forced to go under debt counseling and I don't want to do that. Please help and restructure my loans
