Unsolicited Marketing sms'

DIRECT AXIS has been sending sms' on a frequent basis. I tried to reply and send "1" as instructed to OPT OUT. My my service provider blocked the message. Then I tried blocking, and the SMS keep coming - using a different number.

I have called in 3 times and spoken to a consultant to remove my number and data (phone number and ID) from their database. As this is SPAM, I did not opt in to receive marketing messages. I was assured my info was removed, yet I still received sms.

Today I spoke to a "manager" and I do hope that I have finally achieved my goal to no longer receive their sms.

Is this not an invasion of my privacy? Against the POPIA act.
