Unsolicited emails and messages
I have been trying to get Direct Axis - a subsidiary of the First Rand Group - to remove me from their mailing list and stop sending me sms messages. Emails to their customer care go unanswered and have you ever tried to call??? I do not want to enter my ID number before I speak to a call centre agent. It is ******* to spam people who have not subscribed to their service and every time I block their email address, the next batch comes from a different email address. STOP NOW DirectAxis or face legal consequences! I do not want to hear from you ever.
