Unsolicited Communications!!

I continuously receive unsolicited communications via SMS, email and even postal mail from Direct Axis.<br> <br> I have never signed up for their services, I have never submitted any application of any kind, AND I am on the DMA DO NOT CONTACT list.<br> <br> Your communications are therefore in direct violation of the ECT Act and as a DMASA member, in violation of their policies as well.<br> <br> I request immediate removal from your database and an explanation as to why you are violating policies of a governing body such as DMASA.<br> Furthermore I have submitted a complaint on the DMASA website to this effect.<br> <br> I would never even consider doing any kind of business with the kind of company which has such poor ethics and business practices operating outside the law.
