Unsatisfied client

Good morning .

I have app**** for a loan with Direct Axis and it was approved I had to go through the procedure of paying a legal form fee of R1 860 I did pay that amount . Then I had to pay and insurance fee of R2 420 I also did pay that amount they then said my funds will be transferred to my account within 24 hours after waiting I had to try and get hold of the consultant who was helping me via emails he then concluded my funds were placed on hold due to Tax Clearance Fee I had to pay before my funds were released . He said i should pay an amount of R2 240 to FATF I did also pay that amount yesterday. After I called the guy from FATF to alert him that I have paid he said he will get back to me and my funds should reflect within 24 hours . I’ve been trying to call and write emails ever since .

Since then no one has given me any updates regarding this whole situation. Can I get some assistance please.
