Unresolved Matters.

Direct axis has to be the worst company to taken a loan out from to date, I warn anyone thinking about taking a loan to rather use any other brand besides them & First National Bank, The companies act compliant, however their practices are those of a loan shark with banking certificates, Direct Axis is with holding information of a case where one of they representatives processed a loan in my name ( breaking the process & policies set out by them ), funds were not administered to myself or to my account, I had complained about it to the point where it was confirmed that they had acted *******ly & promised a resolution, This was 2 weeks ago, however on the 26th I am sent an email of a settlement request that "I" had done from First National Bank on the request of direct axis of an amount of 1 600 to settle, where as I was told the matter is being resolved,

Yesterday I was placed on a 2 hours hold because I requested to speak to a supervisor, Consultant are accommodating and professional when I speak using proper English until they confirm my name , then I am treated *********ly, They state that all calls are recorded for compliance purposes however they have not proven in any interaction that I had taken out the loan, When I asked the consultant handling the investigation if I am to be compensated, they scoffed at me as though I was speaking Swahili,
