Unresolved
<p>I settled a final payment with DirectAxis a year ago. They have my account listed on the credit bureaus. I have tried to get a settlement letter and I get bounced around the accounts department and the legal depratment. The legal department has promised me a letter and removal from the Credit Bureaus but no luck yet. Can anyone help? My ID number is ********** 018083. Thank you.</p>
