Unreachable Legal Department to provide service

This is Direct Axis Legal Department number: ***. My account is with their Legal Department and I've been trying to get hold of them for over 2 months now with no luck. Their telephone line drops you each time you call claiming high call volumes without atleast putting you on hold or in a queue like what other automated answering machines. I believe this line is not working.

So for over 2 months I was unable to reach the legal department to request for a paid-up letter on my settled account. Strangely, I was told by the customer service that there's no other way to reach them except transferring you to that non-functioning telephone line.

I've been patient enough but this is frustrating.

It also appears to me that this division in question (legal) doesn't want to be reached. I mean, what kind of IVR is this, that doesn't give you any option than to drop your call??

"Our apologies, we cannot answer your call at the moment. We are experiencing very high call volumes. If your call is in relation to the documents you've sent to us, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM AGAIN, WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN DUE COURSE".

The other customer service divisions are doing so well and can be reached without any hustlers....
