Unprofessional service
They were helpful to get me a loan. When I had means to pay off the loan and close the account there were excuses and unprofessional feedback to claim my credit. I feel disrespected and that the client need to follow up when their system is online, instead of them checking their status and informing the client. They are money orientated and dont care for their clients.
