Unprofessional

On the 2nd of April 2026, I sent through documents for a refund, on the 13th I got an email that documents were received and I will get my money within 3 to 5 business days. On Friday I called for an update then I was told that my payment is waiting for last authorization, this morning now I'm told that I have to wait 48 hours again for what? So I have to wait a whole month for a refund, I want my money please
