Unprofessional Consultant

I just called DirectAxis for the banking details to make an Eft since the debit order didn't go through. The consultant that I spoke with was very unprofessional and sarcastic. Her voice was full of attitude as if she was speaking to someone she shares a man with, she could was even mumbling her name to show that she was intentional on how she was going to speak with me. I was not provided with banking details instead that girl sarcastically told me that they will run the debit order unless I want to pay them double like really whats irritating me it's the fact that I am the one who called with my airtime
