Unprofessional , bullying conduct of staff member

I am so highly disgusted by the lack of professionalism your staff have and I am confident that their bullying and arrogant tactics goes against TCF (treat customer fairly) principals I requested for the manager and was told no. Ridah Cobers - needs to be trained - or perhaps he needs to find a job or business more suitable for his rude, bullying, ways as he does not know how to deal with clients. his behavior is completely unacceptable from a client experience perspective and I insist that management gives me a call- since Ridah - self appointed decision maker with no people s****s - refused to allow me to speak to anyone else.
