Unprofessional and Pathetic Service from DirectAxis

I'm currently getting an unprofessional service from DirectAxis after they fail to reinstate a debit order at the correct date following a payment arrangement made which they have records for. I'm now receiving calls from their so called Attorneys. The service is really pathetic and they really aren't treating their customers fairly. I'm really disgusted by their pathetic service!!!
