Unprofessional

<p>I have app**** about a month ago and after emailing the documents over and over again i decided one last time. i was called and had to go through the procedure again only to be told that ny documents are outdated and that i must get the bank statements again etc- i responde saying that im not prepared to wait again.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst type of service possible and i would have come right somewhere else in days not this undertermined waste of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is that these people should be black listed on the financial market and how do staff live with them selves working for a company that disrupts peoples lives but wasting their time and causing actual financial harm.</p> <p>I needed the money for something specific which i now cant get anymore-Thanks for nothing</p>
