Unprofessional

I made an urgent application on Wednesday 26 October and 3 days later I have still received no feedback. I submitted all relevant documents on time and I was called for additional documents. I provided those documents too and even called and followed up to find out if they were received and I was told they were. Later on when I received no feedback I was told the documents were not received. I sent the documents again but still have received no feedback. Can I just know a simple outcome so that I know I need to take my business elsewhere if need be. This is unprofessional.
