<p>I app**** for a personal on the 9th of September 2016, I sent the documents that were required as per the consultant and he advsied that i will get feeback within hours, this was all done before 12 noon.</p> <p>Until now as I type this review I have not heard a word from any of them. I phoned through out the day with no luck of getting a consultant, from 10am in the morning to 18:00!!! Absolutley unacceptable, i understand that it can get very busy but for this...I cannot explain!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What frustrates me the most is that i have been a loyal client for almost 3 years now, and this is the elvel of service I am getting... Disgusted!!</p>
