Unnecessary hell
I've been getting into contact with them trying to get the affidavit that I need to complete I've been calling them since Monday in all instances they say they sent it but to my surprise every day when I call they say it's sent. They're now refusing to send me the document they say I need to do run arounds. Everything has been fully completed but because of one document which they're refusing to send they giving me hell.

01 Apr 2021, 13:34There is no such thing on my end, like I've been saying, through all the calls, I have attached my proof of address from my car insurance which states the address that my vehicle resides in. So you can call and confirm with them as that's where the vehicle under my name is parked and is insured and that address has been updated since January 2021.
If that's not proof enough then I don't know. If you wish not to do business with me let it be known its not the first time I do business with you.
