Hi There,
i had an account with you guys which you sold to Shackleton Credit Management. This account was prescribed meaning that there was no payment made in over 3 years. When i contacted you guys the only thing that you told me was to contact Shackleton Credit Management. How can you guys sell prescribed accounts? How can you even collect on prescribed accounts? You take advantage of customer who don't know their rights, well i do. i request for my account to be closed off as this is a prescribed account. i will not be dealing with Shackleton Credit Management i will be dealing with you and you will be dealing with them. Please let me know when this is done.

17 Jul 2020, 08:17You guys sent me a statement which shows that you received a payment of R50. I am not a stupid, i would have not made a payment of R50 because the account was going to be prescribed. Even if a payment of R10 was made it would have activated the account again so in no way would i have paid that R50. As per the statement it showed that it was an EDC payment, so tell me, who paid that? it was not me!!! who was it that did ***** against my account? DirectAxis or the EDC?
