Unjust Business practice
2019 January I entered the debt review process, with a loan balance of R142390.86, but it was increased to R153379,76. a total amount of R10988.9 that paid prior debt review vanished into thin air. In September 2022 I requested the loan remaining balance they gave me R73,658.19, I therefore requested again is October 2022 which they me R83 072.62 which is higher. I don't really understand as what increases this amount because I have never missed a single payment, clearly something wrong is going on at this institution
