Guys you have handed my account over, although I was making payment into my loan account after debt review was cancelled. Please can you send me confirmation that you have received all my payments to date of around R9000.00 and I have been paying the debt review instalment which should not constitute handing over if consistent payments are received. It very disappointing in the way you have dealt with my account as there was no communication on your behalf.
