Unhappy with VVM
I was handed over to VVM debt collectors by DIRECT AXIS LOANS because I couldn't pay the account because of the retrenchment in September 2020.i have submitted my retrenchment letter to direct axis. On the 23 July I have paid them and I requested PAID UP LETTER but no one is willing to assist me. I even sent proof of payment. I only need PAID UP LETTER to clear my name
