Unhappy customer
Would like to write a formal complaint against 2 consultants. Busi and Amanda I called and spoke to Amanda she advised that she will call me back to complete the application within a few minutes. No call back at all
Then I called back and spoke to Busisi she gave me incorrect information and she handled my call very unprofessional. Working from home is not working for some consultants and this needs to be addressed.
Can someone please call me urgently
