Unauthorized Debt

In 2011 I app**** for a loan with Direct Axis and it was approve then the money was deposited in my account but the following day they contacted me and told me that i was a credit risk and they debited their money back. Again in 2013 they called me and told me that the loan have been settled. ever since then they have been calling me and telling me that i owe them R7000 for the loan. I wrote an affidavit explain my concern but they never sent me any response. Now i was applying for car finance and I was told that there is a judgement on my credit record from Direct Axis. can some one help get ride of this record, without paying the money that i don't owe.
