Unacceptable Client Service
I have a loan account at this company, i send mails from the 28 of March 2016, regarding my account, and get a reply of a very unprofessional consultant that doesnt read or understand my mail, after that i send another three mails, but only get the email that the mail was read, but all my mails are yust ignored no reply on my mails or a phone call, sorry but you are part of the First Rand group but your client service are unacepptable,yust to remind you, that you need clients for the company to survive and without client service i dont know how you will survive
