Unacceptable

After my complaint Monday Direct Axis called me back within minutes and all was resolved regarding my loan application. On Tuesday I received a call to accept the terms and conditions aswell as the new loan amount and I was told the money will be deposited into my bank account within 24 hours. Wednesday morning I received an sms that my loan has been recalculated and an agent will contact me shortly, till this morning no one has called and I received another sms stating my loan has been declined. When I called the call centre they can see my loan was approved but cancelled again or rather declined. Please tell me how do you get approved and agree to everything and get told within 24 hours you'll get your money and 24 hours later you declined?????I'm sorry this is unacceptable I want that call pulled!!!!! I find that this is really ridiculous, I don't want a call explaining why I was declined because 48 hours ago I was approved.
