Unacceptable!
DirectX's called me and advised that i qualify for loan which in-turn would settle my current loan i had with them. i accepted and the existing loan was settled however they now advised i still owe money on the loan that was settled. The loan was settled way before the deduction would take place on my account yet i am told i owe. i need this resolved please. Thanks
