Unable to Provide Paid-Up Letter
I have called multiple times, most of the calls cut off during conversation. I require a paid up letter urgently. I was assured by 2 staff members that it will be sent. This debt was settled 6 months ago. Why is it so hard and difficult with DirectAxis to attain a paid-up letter. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want my paid-up letter or I will be approaching the NCR or any other relevant bodies for relief. My credit risk is being affected due to me not having said letter.

18 Nov 2020, 16:19Dear DirectAxis
As mentioned in my email, the paid up letter sent does not suffice.
Can DirectAxis, in their capacity, please write me a letter that the debt is settled.
FNB will not accept the paid up letter from MBD as I've sent to you via mail.
Please assist me as this is a very simple task and I did have a contractual agreement with DirectAxis not MBD.
If you cannot provide me with this, please advise.
I will then proceed to the NCR and any other relevant bodies for relief.
