Unable to contact anyone at Direct Axis
I've been trying to get through to the call centre for 2 days - once I've pressed the right number and entered my ID number nothing happens except interminable canned music. I've tried all the different call centre numbers, I've emailed customer service 4 times. Nothing. I'm really, really fed up with them but am halfway through finalising a loan. I hope you're paying attention Direct Axis - I need a response.
