Un-Professional service

I was approved on a personal loan for a certain amount with the quotation forwarded to me dated 28 December 2015. Today when I phone to accept the quote and go ahead with the application, the consultant says that this now needs to be re-app****. All supporting documents has already been sent but the consultants refuse to process my application. Terrible service from the consultants
