Ultimately POOR SERVICE!!
DirectAxis has THE MOST TERRIBLE communication skills I've seen in a long time. It took them 2 weeks to phone me back with a query, after I've sent probably a 100 emails to them. Then they promised my query would be handled and settled by Friday 14 August 2020.
Nevertheless that promise could not be kept and has resulted in me writing this bad review.
It's a shame how a well recognized company just cannot keep a commitment. But they can phone you every day for a loan o yes that they will do.
I will never again recommend DirectAxis to ANYONE!!
