Trying to get a consolidating loan

I've been filling in the consolidating loan application online. Every time someone from personal loans phone.<br> After explaining that I am in fact looking for a consolidating loan they put me through to the relevant department. I hold up to anything between 30 and 90 minutes without anyone picking up. I'm always assured my details will be sent through to the relevant department and someone will contact me. Nobody does. Yesterday I was assured that we are filling in the query for a consolidating loan to just been once again informed that my personal loan has been declined. I once again explain that I want to consolidate my debt and please can I speak to a manager who might be able to assist me. I have now been on hold again for 15 minutes to speak to a manager. Just to be informed they are busy in a meeting. Please could someone assist me with applying for a consolidating loan? Thank you. Much appreciated
